Census Bureau: More women than men in Tennessee in 2020

Medium names 19

Of the 6,772,268 people living in Tennessee in 2020, 51.2 percent (3,467,806) were women and 48.8 percent (3,304,462) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Volunteer State News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 68,536. In the 65 and over age range, there were 618,265 females and 489,299 males.
