The NFIB Tennessee PAC has released an updated list of endorsements for the upcoming state legislative races. This announcement reflects the committee's support, which consists of NFIB members exclusively.
"The NFIB Tennessee PAC is proud to endorse candidates who are committed to supporting and protecting small businesses in Tennessee," stated NFIB State Director Jim Brown. He emphasized that the endorsed candidates either have a history of supporting small businesses or have shown a commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment in the state.
With the general election scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, early voting will commence on Wednesday, October 16, and conclude on Thursday, October 31.
The endorsement from the NFIB Tennessee PAC is significant for these campaigns, as small business owners and their employees are known for their high voter turnout and active efforts to encourage others to participate in elections. The NFIB’s endorsement is based on the candidates’ positions and records concerning key small-business issues.
The Senate endorsements include Tom Hatcher (District 2), Bobby Harshbarger (District 4), and others. In the House, endorsements cover candidates like John Crawford (District 1), Timothy Hill (District 3), among others.
