The NFIB Tennessee PAC has released its updated list of endorsements for the upcoming state legislative races. This political action committee is composed solely of NFIB members. According to NFIB State Director Jim Brown, "The NFIB Tennessee PAC is proud to endorse candidates who are committed to supporting and protecting small businesses in Tennessee." He added that these candidates either have a strong track record of supporting small businesses or have shown they will foster a positive business environment for entrepreneurs in the state.

The general election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, with early voting set to begin on Wednesday, October 16, and conclude on Thursday, October 31. The endorsement from the NFIB Tennessee PAC holds significant weight in these campaigns as small business owners and their employees are known for high voter turnout and actively encouraging others to vote.

NFIB's political support hinges on candidates' positions and records concerning key small-business issues. Below is a partial list of endorsed candidates:

In the Senate:

- District 2: Tom Hatcher

- District 4: Bobby Harshbarger*

- District 6: Becky Massey

- District 8: Jessie Seal

In the House:

- District 1: John Crawford

- District 3: Timothy Hill

- District 4: Renea Jones*

- District 5: David Hawk

These endorsements reflect the committee's focus on promoting policies favorable to small businesses across Tennessee.
