In our continuous effort to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Volunteer State News have sent a request under the Tennessee Open Records Act, §10-7-503 et seq., to Austin Peay State University. The request was made for an electronic format list of all students admitted to the school for the 2024-25 academic year.
The requested data includes specific fields such as Student Name, Home Zip/Hometown, and Graduated High School Name. This information is crucial in our ongoing work of holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public.
