FOIA Request Sent to The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga Regarding Student Admissions List for 2024-25 on December 12, 2024

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga on December 12, 2024, by Volunteer State News. The request is seeking access to the list of all students admitted to the school for the academic year 2024-25.

The detailed information requested includes each student's name, their home zip code or hometown, and the name of the high school from which they graduated. This request has been made under the provisions of the Tennessee Open Records Act, §10-7-503 et seq., with a preference for receiving this data in an electronic format.
