The base minimum starting pay for a newly hired SCSO Corrections Officer is $17.81 per hour, with increasing pay incentives based on the applicant's level of education and prior experience.
This position includes excellent benefits. Including 12 paid holidays yearly, paid vacation, paid sick leave, yearly training bonus, 12-hour rotating shifts with every other weekend off, yearly longevity bonus, retirement with the TN State Retirement System, and competitive health insurance rates.
