The Tennessee Occupational Safety & Health Administration (TOSHA) has made various resources available to enhance workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulations. Its Training & Education page serves as a useful tool, especially for small businesses.

Several NFIB members in manufacturing, construction, and related services have taken advantage of TOSHA’s Consultative Services. This service provides employers with guidance to create a safe and healthy work environment by consulting with a TOSHA expert before an inspection occurs. Notably, this is a confidential service and is offered at no cost, available upon request.

In addition to the consultative services, the Training & Education homepage provides links to various other relevant topics. Information is accessible regarding the Seminar Training Schedule, TOSHA’s Newsletter, Required Training, How to Find the Hazard, and more.

Promoting workplace safety is not only beneficial for employees but also advantageous for businesses.
